Authorize or re-authorize your subscription 

This will authorize your subscription if you were unable to reply to the confirmation e-mail (for example, you subscribed with an address of a cellular phone or personal digital assistant (PDA) and can not reply to the confirmation e-mail or you can re-authorize after you have suspended your service for a vacation. You need the e-mail address you used to subscribe and the Authorization ID Number (AUTH ID) that was in the subject line and body of your confirmation e-mail.

What times and MBTA Lines did I subscribe to? 

This will send an e-mail with the specified MBTA lines, days and times you selected for T-Alerts. You can also view your subscription information.

Suspend my T-Alerts while I am on Vacation.

This will suspend your T-Alerts while you are on vacation or out of the Boston area. You will receive a confirming email that you must reply to in order to activate this service.
